My Story

Welcome to Mary Mc Aesthetic NP. My name is Mary McMillin, NP-C, FNP-BC, MSN. I’m originally from Kansas (Go Chiefs!) and now reside in Arizona. I have been a nurse for many years and previously worked in pharmaceutical and medical sales before returning to my true passion—nursing through aesthetics.

In 2016, I took my first Botox and dermal filler course and immediately fell in love with aesthetic medicine. Since then, I have earned my Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Colorado Technical University and hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washburn University. I am a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensed in Arizona, Kansas, New Mexico, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Utah, and West Virginia, and I serve as a Laser/IPL Medical Director and Laser Safety Officer.

I have been certified in Botox and dermal fillers since 2016 and have trained alongside some of the industry’s most respected injectors. I am deeply committed to continued education in facial assessment and advanced injection techniques to ensure my patients achieve refined, natural-looking results that enhance—never overpower—their features.

In addition to aesthetics, I have developed a highly successful medical weight loss program incorporating peptide therapy, helping hundreds of patients achieve sustainable, long-term results. My clinical focus also includes bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for both women and men, hormone pellet therapy, anti-aging protocols, regenerative peptide treatments, and holistic wellness support as a proud distributor of SOL Nutrition supplements.
